What happens if my time and date are already taken?

If your time and date are already taken, you will be notified when we first reach out to you. unfortunately, we will not be able to bring smiles to your event.

What if someone has allergies to a specific ingredient?

This happens much more frequently than you would think. Our team will ask during the planning process about any known allergies. if it happens to be a guest with an allergy, all ingredients are clearly listed on the menu. staff is also trained in all ingredients to inform guests properly.

i already planned the event, but I want to change the package i selected?

we follow a strict 3 weeks away policy. all bookings within that time frame are solidified. prior to that time frame, please reach out to staff and we will coordinate with you accordingly.

How do I cancel my event?

all bookings are not Eligible for cancellation once your event is within 2 weeks. all initial deposits are non-refundable. Please reach out to staff via text, call, or email so they can assist you accordingly.
